Please read the following carefully before making a purchase, by making an order you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item/items ordered are not too big for either the room, or to gain access. No returns will be accepted due to these reasons.

We accept all major credit cards and payment by cheque. Payment is required at time of order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and mail or over the Internet. Cheques should be posted with the completed order form, made payable to Fred Brown Ltd. Please note an order placed by cheque can only be processed once the cheque has been cleared.

We accept only credit cards registerd in the United Kingdom.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is free in mainland uk. We do not make deliveries outside the United Kingdom - sorry
Delivery Schedule Delivery dates quoted at time of order acknowledgement are always approximate, and are not a definite; customers should allow a few weeks tolerance. Once the goods have been delivered to us, we will then contact the customer to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. Where a delivery date has been agreed and the customer isn't present, we reserve the right to charge the customer costs to cover the failed delivery (£70 plus vat). No claims will be accepted for unavoidable delays in delivery. Cancellation of goods will not be accepted if the items are already made and ready for dispatch.

Dimensions All dimensions are approximate. Manufacturers reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
Colours Colour variation can vary from batch to batch. If more than one item is required please place the orders together to ensure colour match.
Tax Charges All orders include VAT(where applicable) at current rate of 20.00%
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Guarantees vary with different manufacturers; some have 12 months, others up to 25 years. The guarantees cover faulty parts only and do not take into account transport or labour. We reserve the right to charge £50 plus vat to cover the costs of a home visit after 12 months
